Stub page for advice on delegating responsibilities, as a technique of managing an organization effectively.

The three most important lessons I've learned about being a good manager/organizer are: Delegation, delegation, delegation. It goes along with the idea that one person alone can't change the world, but one person with a good idea can spread it to others, and a good idea spread to many people can change the world.
