Brian, do the amazon tags I placed compute? ParToutatis 21:12, 20 December 2012 (UTC)

- ParToutatis Of course. Good idea! --Brian 20:23, 13 December 2012 (UTC)

Can we link here the bookshelves (past or ongoing group readings, which were suggested by the group members and were subject to a democratic vote) of significant/moderated atheist reading groups (or of significant web sites like's for the matter)? I have The Atheist Book Club > bookshelf and Atheists and Skeptics > bookshelf in mind. ParToutatis 15:04, 13 December 2012 (UTC)

I suggest that each entry consist of a single paragraph beginning with the title, formatted as a link to a sales page for the book (e.g. on Amazon, or the author's website), the author's name, and a brief description. Or should it be author first, then title? Because once there's more than a dozen books we'll need to sort the list somehow.

Eventually there will be need for classification into groups such as books available online, classics, various topics like biblical criticism, philosophy, etc. But that will emerge as more books are added.

Syntax I suggest: Author Last Name, Author first name Book Title Wonderist will be around with how to connect to an amazon book page. We do have a code to get credit. I like your suggestion of a single paragraph, and of course it could be shorter. Anything more than a paragraph would make the page way too big. --Brian 00:32, 16 November 2011 (UTC)

I have a really good idea for how to handle this, but it requires that subpages be enabled on the default namespace. I sent a message to XC about it, but haven't heard back from him. I'll try emailing him. Wonderist (talk) 07:06, 17 November 2011 (UTC)
